🧭 Care Navigation

Students who report suicidality, elevated depression or anxiety symptoms, or request help may be referred to RBHI care navigation services.

Authorized staff can initiate a referral directly from the dashboard.

Once submitted:

• RBHI care navigators are notified
• A care record is automatically created
• Follow-ups and referrals can be tracked centrally

Organizations can also document when care navigation services are declined by a parent or guardian.

Students requiring urgent support can be connected with a clinician or mental health professional through a same-day check-in workflow.
